Lance Rosen

Attorney

Lance Rosen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 6, 1966, and has spent his life rooted in the communities he now serves as an advocate. He graduated from Lower Moreland High School in 1984 and went on to attend the University of Delaware, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1988. He received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1991. While in law school, Mr. Rosen distinguished himself as Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society, an early indication of his passion for courtroom advocacy and litigation.

Mr. Rosen is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Over the course of his career, he has handled complex and high-stakes civil litigation matters throughout Philadelphia, the surrounding counties, and across the State of New Jersey. His extensive litigation experience allows him to navigate cases from initial investigation through trial with confidence and precision.

His practice concentrates on civil litigation, workers’ compensation, personal injury, Social Security disability, long-term disability, and legal malpractice matters. Mr. Rosen has built a reputation for thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and relentless advocacy, particularly in cases where individuals are facing powerful insurance companies, employers, or institutions.

Client-Centered Philosophy

At the core of Mr. Rosen’s practice is a deeply client-centered philosophy. He understands that clients often come to him during some of the most difficult moments of their lives—after serious injuries, job loss, or the denial of critical benefits. Mr. Rosen believes that effective legal representation begins with listening. He takes the time to understand not only the legal issues, but also the personal and financial impact a case has on a client and their family. Clients work directly with Mr. Rosen, not layers of staff, ensuring personal attention, clear communication, and honest guidance at every stage of the case. His goal is not only to achieve strong legal results, but also to provide clients with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind throughout the process.

Mr. Rosen is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is known for combining seasoned trial experience with a practical, compassionate approach, fighting tirelessly to protect his clients’ rights while treating every case with the care and respect it deserves.
